1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ToSpell (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ToSpell provides practice exercises and materials to help you prepare for the TOEFL® exam. The Service is offered for personal, non-commercial study. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
To access certain features you must register with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, scrape or redistribute its content, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content, exercises, and software provided through the Service are owned by ToSpell or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own exam preparation.
6. No affiliation with ETS
TOEFL® is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). ToSpell is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by ETS. We make no guarantee that using the Service will improve your official TOEFL score.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practice content reflects the current official exam.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToSpell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
